What are the benefits?

The PPSA Charter outlines the professional principles required by every Supply Chain Partner and, as a result, demonstrates adherence to the following:

- Risk Management for all parties
- Your recruitment agency’s compliance
- Trusted experts, at all times, properly manage your workforce

The Charter ensures the responsibilities of the Modern Slavery Act are met. Further to this, businesses confirm that they make every possible effort to prevent exploitation within the supply chain, thereby minimising risk under the Criminal Finances Act 2017.

THE PURPOSE OF THE CHARTER

Non-compliance within the supply chain does and will have extraordinary consequences on businesses and recruitment agencies, and it is increasingly difficult to maintain a fully compliant framework for businesses to operate in and share a community.

To this end, the PPSA Charter for the Supply Chain ensures businesses are relieved of such challenges and pressures and removes the risks associated with non-compliance, including damaging your reputation, suffering dire financial loss, and receiving strict penalties.

ELIGIBILITY FOR THE CHARTER

The Charter is available to recruitment agencies who commit to the PSL, the Preferred Supplier List, which constitutes all PPSA Accredited Members.

Having undertaken the most independent testing, recruitment agencies signed to the Charter bear the ability to use the exclusive PPSA Supply Chain Partnership logo.
